- 2 CUPS COOKED COUSCOUS
- 2 1/2 CUPS BOILING WATER/BROTH
- 2 CUPS COUSCOUS, SALT & BUTTER
- STIR, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STAND FOR 5 MIN
- 6 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
- 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED AND SEEDED
- 1 CUP CUCUMBER SEEDED & CHOPPED
- 2 CUPS GARBANZO BEANS - COOKED
- 1 CUP PARSLEY - CHOPPED
- MIX TOGETHER WITH DRESSING
* 3/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
* 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
* 2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
* 1 TSP EACH - DIJON, GROUND CORIANDER, & GRINDS OF PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE
