  • 2 CUPS COOKED COUSCOUS
  • 2 1/2 CUPS BOILING WATER/BROTH
  • 2 CUPS COUSCOUS, SALT & BUTTER
  • STIR, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STAND FOR 5 MIN
  • 6 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
  • 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED AND SEEDED
  • 1 CUP CUCUMBER SEEDED & CHOPPED
  • 2 CUPS GARBANZO BEANS - COOKED
  • 1 CUP PARSLEY - CHOPPED
  • MIX TOGETHER WITH DRESSING
    * 3/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
    * 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
    * 2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
    * 1 TSP EACH - DIJON, GROUND CORIANDER, & GRINDS OF PEPPER
    SALT TO TASTE
