BRISKET POT ROAST NYT 1/91

  • 1 WHOLE BRISKET 7 - 8 POUNDS
  • 2 LARGE ONIONS SLICED THIN
  • 1 CUP BEEF STOCK
  • 1 TBLS VEGETABLE OIL
  1. BROWN MEAT ON BOTH SIDES
  2. BROWN ONIONS
  3. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  4. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND BAKE 3 - 4 HRS
  5. COOL & REFRIGERATE - REMOVE FAT
  6. RE HEAT
