- 2 LARGE ONIONS SLICED THIN
- 1 CUP BEEF STOCK
- 1 TBLS VEGETABLE OIL
- BROWN MEAT ON BOTH SIDES
- BROWN ONIONS
- PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND BAKE 3 - 4 HRS
- COOL & REFRIGERATE - REMOVE FAT
- RE HEAT
