  • 1/2 LB BUTTER
  • 1 ONION CHOPPED FINE
  • 1/2 CUP PARSLEY CHOPPED
  • 3/4 LB MUSHROOMS SLICED
  • 2 CUPS BROTH
  • 1 1/2 CUPS BARLEY
  1. SAUTE VEGETABLES UNTIL SOFT ( 10 MIN ? )
  2. ADD BARLEY AND SAUTE 10 MINUTES
  3. ADD BROTH
  4. PUT IN GREASED CASSEROLE BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HRS AT 350
