- SAUTE VEGETABLES UNTIL SOFT ( 10 MIN ? )
- ADD BARLEY AND SAUTE 10 MINUTES
- ADD BROTH
- PUT IN GREASED CASSEROLE BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HRS AT 350
