DOGE, Palantir, Oracle and the Sovereign Cloud

There’s been a lot of talk happening about DOGE and about revelations around Elon’s massive drug use. I remind you again that Elon Musk has been used as a circus leader and battering ram and a front man for a huge operation behind the scenes that involves many venture capital firms, associated with the PayPal Mafia and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).

These venture capitalists are operating a cartel. The firms involved including a16z, Founders Fund (Thiel’s VC firm), Craft Ventures (David Sacks VC firm), 8VC (Joe Lonsdale’s VC firm), YCombinator (where Sam Altman came from and where Garry Tan now runs the show), and some other allied firms including Sequoia, Lux Capital, General Catalyst, Shield Capital, etc.

So what DOGE is, is a full frontal breach mission on the US government, a battering ram, a Trojan horse carrying this massive conspiracy in its belly. There have been many goals of it, including installing venture capital operatives throughout the government, gaining access to its inner workings, gathering intelligence on the many branches and agencies of government, etc.

But there is also the matter of the huge data grab it represents. Recently, it was announced a huge deal between the US government and Palantir. New York Times:

… behind the scenes, officials have quietly put technological building blocks into place to enable his plan. In particular, they have turned to one company: Palantir, the data analysis and technology firm.

The Trump administration has expanded Palantir’s work across the federal government in recent months. The company has received more than $113 million in federal government spending since Mr. Trump took office, according to public records, including additional funds from existing contracts as well as new contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon. (This does not include a $795 million contract that the Department of Defense awarded the company last week, which has not been spent.)

Representatives of Palantir are also speaking to at least two other agencies — the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service — about buying its technology, according to six government officials and Palantir employees with knowledge of the discussions.

The push has put a key Palantir product called Foundry into at least four federal agencies, including D.H.S. and the Health and Human Services Department. Widely adopting Foundry, which organizes and analyzes data, paves the way for Mr. Trump to easily merge information from different agencies, the government officials said.

Now, remarkably, the article did not mention a certain Oracle and one Larry Ellison, its founder, the second largest individual shareholder in Tesla, and Elon Musk’s best friend.

Here is Larry Ellison at the White House for the announcement of a major new AI initiative in January 2025, just days after inauguration. He’s in the middle, looking very stately and dapper as always. And tall!

Larry has been written off by some because he is advanced in years. But I assure you, he is a fucking dynamo, highly dangerous, and brings a vast industrial power in datacenters to the field. This will be the culmination of his life’s work: getting all of the data in the world into Oracle databases.

Oracle is one of the oldest companies in the Valley and they do one thing: databases, the datacenters they live in, the data they contain. Without Oracle’s vast computing power, there is no master plan to consolidate all the world’s data. They are the ones who will actually deliver the infrastructure needed for this project. Because the storage and computational requirements here are VAST and UNPRECEDENTED. This also includes of course, a reliance on Nvidia for AI chips.

What this project is called is a SOVEREIGN CLOUD. Oracle has been promoting the sovereign cloud for a very long time. The idea is very simple. Put all of government, military, intelligence, consumer, health and resident data into one huge AI machine and let the powers that be operate it.

"Larry Ellison wants to put all America's data, including DNA, in one big Oracle system for AI to study... Ellison shared his take on what governments need to do to succeed with AI during a discussion with his buddy former UK prime minister Tony Blair at the World Governments Summit in Dubai today. The world's fourth-most-richest man – a good friend also of the world's richest man Elon Musk – insisted artificial intelligence is soon going to change everyone's lives across the board. If governments want in, they’ll need to gather all their data – spatial information, economic data, electronic healthcare records including genomic data, and info about infrastructure. Whatever they’ve got, basically. And put it all in one place to be analyzed by algorithms... 'We need to unify all the national data, put it into a database where it's easily consumable by the AI model, and then ask whatever question you like,' [Ellison] said. 'That's the missing link.'"

This is the sovereign cloud. And Ellison has spoken of this extensively in various other interviews, earnings calls, investor events, conferences, etc., and importantly, the same language of sovereign cloud emerged in this week’s Nvidia earnings call, with CEO Jensen Huang making several comments to this effect:

“more AI factory projects are starting across industries and geographies. NVIDIA’s full stack architecture is underpinning AI factory deployments as industry leaders like AT and T, BYD, Capital One, Foxconn, MediaTek, and Telenor are strategically vital sovereign clouds like those recently announced in Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and The UAE… Last week, I was in Sweden to launch its first national AI infrastructure. Japan, Korea, India, Canada, France, The UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more are now building national AI factories to empower startups, industries, and societies. Sovereign AI is a new growth engine for NVIDIA… The foundations of our next growth platforms are in place and ready to scale. Sovereign AI, nations are investing in AI infrastructure like they once did for electricity and Internet… The age of AI is here from AI infrastructures, inference at scale, sovereign AI, enterprise AI, and industrial AI. NVIDIA is ready.”

This is something that are trying to do not just here, but in governments all over the world. This creates a whole new age of global surveillance and it is anchored by a major partnership with Palantir. In fact, Oracle and Palantir made a huge announcement to this effect in…. April 2024. Which gives some indication to the fact of: they have been planning this for a long time.

You’ve probably heard about the Stargate project in the US, very related to all this, but its not just for America… Oracle, OpenAI, Nvidia just announced a Stargate project in UAE, with Ellison commenting “Stargate pairs Oracle’s AI-optimized cloud with nation-scale sovereign infrastructure. This first-in-the-world platform will enable every UAE government agency and commercial institution to connect their data to the world’s most advanced AI models.”

A few things to note here. This is a massive increase in the surveillance of the world’s peoples. All of their data ripped from them, put together in a monstrous, concentrated AI machine, that is then hooked up to the policing and military apparatus as well; in fact, Oracle of course has a huge deal with Anduril, the massive a16z and Founders Fund backed weapons company, also announced in 2024. They were ready. They knew they were going to get the presidency.

And they are planning to giving this to tech fascist-aligned and other countries across the entire world, ensnaring their people and governments in this same huge surveillance and control machine.

But one other point is particularly salient. And that is that… it won’t be the governments running these sovereign clouds. It will be the venture capital conspiracy, and their major infrastructure partner Oracle. And Palantir. And Anduril. And OpenAI. These will be the ones who build and operate the systems, who maintain it, who design the software that leverages it, who monitor it, upgrade it... leverage it…

Which means… these are THEIR sovereign clouds… the clouds that give THEM sovereignty.

This puts surveillance and control of the peoples of the world directly in the hands of fascists. The datacenter build-out that Oracle is engaged in is absolutely extraordinary. And without them, and without Nvidia, none of this could happen. Palantir, OpenAI, Anduril do not have these capabilities on their own.

Oracle is a profound force in growing tech fascism and the tech fascist axis. They are often able to skirt by in the background, with the occasional public accolade as Larry enjoys as a treat from time to time, but you simply cannot understand what is happening with DOGE, tech fascism, these massive AI projects, and sovereign clouds, without knowing about Oracle.
